Asaf German brings over 15 years of experience in real estate law to the residents of New York. His strong work ethic and exemplary reputation have resulted in more than 10,000 residential and commercial real estate transactions during his career. Asaf attributes his success to the emphasis he places on supporting his clients’ interests while also maintaining the highest standard of integrity during the negotiation process from inception to closing. This approach enables Asaf to work with a diverse set of demographics, including a number of public figures, celebrities, and executives.
Asaf’s practice concentrates on representing buyers, sellers, banks, and lenders in all aspects of transactional residential and commercial real estate. Because he has been a resident of New York for many years, his knowledge concerning the area’s nuances, the many regulations and procedures each property requires, is extensive. Asaf takes great care with each and every one of his clients, an invaluable aspect of his dedication to supporting their personal needs during the entire process, from finding a home to handling the negotiations. Asaf’s passion for real estate has led him to represent clients across the industry. He has personally negotiated residential and commercial mortgage loan closings, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures, as well as any of their real estate concerns.
In addition to his many years of living and working in New York, Asaf’s accomplishments with real estate law can be attributed to the education he received after attending Pepperdine University School of Law and Touro Law School (where he received his doctorate in Law), and abroad at Xiamen University Law Center in Xiamen, China. He is a longtime member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
